Unifiber Aluminum HD Monocoque Boom
The Unifiber HD Boom is made of strong T8 aluminum and has a boom tube that is drawn in one piece. In combination with the new boom head, this is a super stiff and direct boom.
The Kop is a top system that is interchangeable with the rest of all Unifiber booms.
MODULAR SYSTEM
These Unifiber HD heavy-duty reinforced T8 aluminum booms feature increased tube wall thickness for superior stiffness and durability.
The 140 and 160 sizes - with a 27mm diameter grip section and standard modern tail widths - are designed for higher freeride, bump & jump and wave surfers. The 180 and 200 sizes use wide end pieces for deeper sail profiles, 29mm diameter grip sections and oversized end pieces for maximum stiffness and durability.
The boom arm curves are precision engineered for maximum deflection resistance, close to matching ultimate specification carbon booms. All HD booms have anodized end pieces that provide better corrosion resistance.
The booms feature the all-new "Configure Me" modular boom head.
Benefit from the benefits of a modular boom system. The modular boom head fits all "Configure Me" boom bodies. Changing the boom head is effortless and takes seconds - no tools required. For example: with 1 boom head, 2 boom bodies and 1 tail you have 2 powerful booms of different sizes. This allows you to take full advantage of your available budget, storage space and baggage allowance.
