Jones Ultra Mountain Twin 2024
The Jones Ultra Mountain Twin 2024 is the bigger brother of the regular Jones Mountain Twin. Due to the extra carbon stringers incorporated into the board, this version is stiffer and therefore more direct and will generate more grip. This results in a top board for riders who want to put more emphasis on piste work at higher speeds. The shape is cam rocker so it's the best of both worlds. The camber shape provides a lot of grip and the rather upward-sloping nose and tail with rocker shape makes it much easier to turn and steer. Compared to previous years, there is more of a blunted tip profile in the nose, which also makes it turn and turn better, a 3D contour base 2.0 and Traction Tech 3.0 edges. The blunted tip ensures less weight, Traction Tech ensures maximum grip and the 3D Contour Base makes every cornering effortless.
Riding style
The Jones Ultra Mountain Twin is an ideal all-mountain board for riders who feel at home anywhere on the mountain; both on and off-piste and in the park.
Shape
This Directional Twin gives you extra buoyancy in deep soft snow and retains its excellent switching capabilities. The steel edges with traction tech 3.0 on the bindings make turns effortless because the edge has more grip on the slopes, whether they are made at high or low speed. Cornering is fantastic.
Profile
A unique rocker/camber flex pattern defined by a balanced tip and tail rocker and a camber between the bindings. In addition, the CAM-ROCKER shape ensures improved freestyle finesse.
Flex
With a medium-stiff flex, the Ultra Mountain Twin is especially suitable for all-mountain riders who have experience and love control and grip at higher speeds.
