These pants are so waterproof thanks to the 2-layer GORE‑TEX membrane built into them. They’re 100% windproof and waterproof, and also super lightweight, so they weigh almost nothing. That’s because they’re made with Living Lining® technology. It keeps you warm enough without adding extra weight. They have insulated pockets to warm your hands.

They definitely offer enough storage space, with 2 large extra pockets on the side of the leg. They also have extra ventilation: 2 zippers running from knee to knee on the inside of the legs to cool you down if it gets too warm.
