THE Neilpryde RDM UXT extension is a winner and fits all RDM masts and is suitable for all sails.

RDM stands for Reduced diameter, so for thin masts.

Super mast extender and fits on a Europin system mast base. Easy to adjust 2cm for fine tuning of your rigging. Due to the large trim wheels, this extender is very suitable for all racing sails.

The UXT System allows us to use a continuous diameter all the way down. Not having to rework the alloy means we are able to use harder aluminum resulting in a more durable extension. This, together with the new bombproof full stainless steel cast UXT system, makes this a good base for your rig to sit on.

Description

These np extender rdm uxt from Neilpryde are fully integrated with plastic block and stainless steel large pulleys / pulley bottom with the best weight to stiffness ratio and creating very light but also very strong extensions. Weight has been reduced by eliminating unnecessary plastic while increasing the cross-section of stainless steel parts for added strength. This part can now withstand more than 900kg of downhaul load - twice that used on the largest racing sails. The special geometry with the bottom pulley ensures the correct pulley / rope alignment, so the sail can be completely downhauled (block to block) and reduces downhauling friction.
